Method One:
Permanent ink

Stamp your image on sanded Canvas White, dry for 10-15 minutes and color before shrinking with water colors or by rubbing in pastels with your fingers or foam tip applicators.

Alternate Method: Shrink first and color using watercolors and a small water color brush. Colors are as you see them, rather than deepening with the shrinking process. Finished piece must be sealed with a non- acrylic sealer such as Krylon Matte.

Method Two:
Heat Setting Ink

Stamp your image on sanded Canvas White, cut out and shrink. The ink doesn't need to be dry before you shrink the piece. Allow ink to rest for 15-20 minutes after shrinking, then color using watercolors and a small brush. Let dry and apply several coats of sealer.
