 Method:

Sand the PolyShrink sheet in a cross hatch pattern until the surface appears matte. Using a pencil, draw two circles, 2.5" to 3" in diameter. Cut the circles out with scissors, and stamp with Decorit Platinum Permanent Ink.

Alternate method: Stamp your design first, allow to dry, and then draw and cut out the circles.

Bake on a cardboard sheet at 325º to 350º F for 2-3 minutes, or shrink with a Heatit Craft tool or other embossing gun.

The earrings can be domed using a wooden drapery rod finial, available at most home/hardware stores. Mount the finial to a block of wood so it sits upright. To form your earring, place the preshrunk earring on top of the curved wood surface and gently heat with an embossing gun. When the PolyShrink has softened, lightly press it to the curve with the palm of your hand. Light gloves or a piece of fabric held in your hand can be used to protect your skin.

Attach earpost with Ultra Thin Bond, or E-6000™ glue.
