| Translucent PolyShrink with decorating chalks | |

|
Sand a sheet of Translucent PolyShrink. Cut the sheet into quarters. These pieces will fit easily into the die cutter. Die cut the shapes. If you want mirror image versions of the shapes, position the PolyShrink with the sanded side up one time and down the next. You can use any brand of decorating chalks you like for this project. They should be the type that is soft enough to release pigment when rubbed with your finger. Remember that after shrinking, colors will intensify. A moderate application will be plenty. |

Check that the shape is positioned with the sanded side up. Rub your finger across the first color you want to use. (Foam tip makeup applicators can be used instead.) |

Transfer the color to the PolyShrink shape. |

Glimmer Chalks from Craf-T are a beautiful way to color die cuts on Black PolyShrink. |
As above, be sure that you add the Glimmer chalks to the sanded side of the die cut shapes. |

| Add 3 or more colors to the shape. Colors will intensify after shrinking. | ![]() |
Handle pieces by the edges as much as possible. Bake the shapes. Oven baking is often easiest if you need to bake numerous small pieces like these. Using a spray sealer after baking is recommended. Please see our Sealers Page for more information. |
